Designation: Call Center Executive
Salary: 10-25 K
Experience: Min 6 months (Freshers can apply who have good English)
Job location: Navsari, Gujarat
Job Timing: 7:30 pm to 5 am
Job Description:
- Required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.
- Needs to key in the details of the conversation he/ she has with the client. This is captured for future reference.
- Required to take down the requests received for activation/ deactivation of any service from the clients and forward the same to the team handling this activity.JDNeeds to understand the client’s complaints and work upon resolving them.
- Required to escalate certain customer issues to their supervisors. Usually the issues which cannot be handled at his level are escalated further.
- Needs to stay updated with the information about the company’s products and services at all times.
- Required to have knowledge about the latest schemes and offers launched by the company.
- Required to deal patiently with the customers. Even if a customer is angry or irate the call center executive should speak politely with him.
- Needs to coordinate with other departments for resolving customer’s complaints and fulfilling their requests.
- May be required to give proactive information related to any newly launched products and services of the company to the clients.
- English Must.
